Gloria is a Senior Associate of Amofa & Partners with special interest in resolving disputes through arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. She has provided critical support in the area of research to the Managing Partner of the Firm in preparing several arbitral awards and has served as secretary to arbitral panels under the auspices of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. Apart from her interest in arbitration, Gloria has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of arbitration agreements, shareholders agreements, share transfer and retention agreements and many other agreements.
She has been involved in the formation and drafting of Articles of Association or Regulations of both foreign and local companies. She has attended a number of workshops and seminars on arbitration and dispute resolution in Ghana.
Gloria holds a BSc. in Computer Science, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
